Thank you for choosing PremioMate! We appreciate your business and are committed to providing you with exceptional service. Please read this Refund Policy carefully as it outlines your rights and obligations concerning any products or services purchased from us on PremioMate.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At PremioMate, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality services and ensuring your satisfaction. We continuously strive to offer the best accounting, financial, and secretarial services online. If, for any reason, we fail to meet your expectations or provide the purchased service or product as described, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue, issue a refund, or offer a credit for future use on PremioMate.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Deficient Services or Products: Refunds will only be considered if there is a clear and visible deficiency in the service or product provided. Refunds will not be issued if the registration or application is pending due to government processing delays. If any government fees or charges were paid during the registration process, we will refund the amount paid, minus these fees. (Please note: Government fees will only be deducted upon providing proof of payment).

  2. Change of Mind: Refund requests due to a change of mind will not be entertained. Once the work has been shared with you, a refund cannot be processed. However, you may use the amount paid as a credit towards another service of equal value on PremioMate. Refund requests made 30 days after the completion of the purchase and notification of completion will be deemed invalid.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed and communicated to you via email. The refund process may take up to 15 business days, and the amount will be credited to your bank account as soon as possible.

Fees for Services

Upon payment, the fees are retained in a client account and earned as we work on your matter. Refunds cannot be issued for fees already earned due to the resources and man-hours invested. Additionally, fees paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to third parties involved in processing your order are non-refundable. PremioMate’s liability is limited to the fee paid by the client.

Changing Services

If you wish to switch to a different service, you must request this change within 30 days of purchase. The original service fee, minus any earned fees and amounts paid to government entities or third parties, will be credited to your PremioMate account for use towards another service.

Standard Pricing

PremioMate adheres to a standard pricing policy, with no additional service fees under normal circumstances. However, this policy does not cover increases due to additional government fees or costs for legal documentation. PremioMate is not liable for any extra costs related to completing the service.

Factors Beyond Our Control

We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. For example, government rejections or delays due to backlogs or technical issues with government platforms are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds. Similarly, we do not guarantee the results of services provided by our Associates on the Nearest Expert platform.

Force Majeure

PremioMate shall not be liable for any disruptions or delays in service due to Force Majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of God, public authority actions, or other events beyond our control.

Cancellation Fee

To cover the costs and resources dedicated to your service, our satisfaction guarantee only applies to issues caused by PremioMate. If you request a hold on service processing, the fee will be retained until you are ready to proceed. Before processing any refund, we will make every effort to complete the service. If you remain unsatisfied, a cancellation fee of 20% plus any earned fees and government charges will apply. This fee does not apply if you change your service.
